Single Sign-On (SSO) allows your team to access the Enterprise CRM platform using their existing corporate credentials. This integration supports SAML 2.0 and OIDC protocols.
Prerequisite
You must have Administrator privileges and access to your company's Identity Provider (IdP) dashboard before proceeding.
1. Configuring your Identity Provider
Begin by creating a new application within your IdP. Use the following callback URL during the configuration process:
https://auth.crm-enterprise.io/sso/callback/d572-8822Once the application is created, you'll need to provide the Metadata XML or the SSO URL and Certificate to our platform settings below.
