By using insanehome or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Product photos may include studio renders reviewed against the actual item; original product photos are shown in each gallery. If a listing contains an error we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

Orders and shipping

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Returns

Returns are handled online, start to finish. Open your order, choose Start a return, and you get the answer on the spot; no emails, no waiting.

If an item arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, you never send it back: choose a refund or a free replacement and it is issued immediately.

Changed your mind? Unused items in their original packaging can go back within 30 days of delivery; the refund is issued the day the return is checked in.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
