By using insanehome or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Product photos may include studio renders reviewed against the actual item; original product photos are shown in each gallery. If a listing contains an error we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

Orders and shipping

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you, including return shipping.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
